I have a health tip for all of us. It is important we get routine eye exams to help keep our eyes in good shape. There are thousands of people who lose their vision each year and it could often have been prevented if they had had regular eye checkups. At the minimum, try to schedule a thorough eye exam every two years. This kind of checkup also gives the eye professional an opportunity to evaluate our general health and refer us to other doctors if needed. An eye exam is typically short and comfortable; therefore, it’s better not to delay it!
