Today’s tip comes from our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai. “Want to try a delectable snack without much cooking and pot washing? Here it is: Peel and cut a good size potato into very thin strips, around 1/2 millimeter. Place them in a bowl, pour boiling water over it and cover for a few minutes. Strain out the water.
