And now we have a heartline from Mỹ Duyên in Âu Lạc, also known as Vietnam:

Most Beloved Master and Supreme Master Television team, After watching Master’s Fly-in News on November 5, 2024, in which Master shared about growing vegetables at home to ensure a clean and self-sufficient supply, I felt inspired to share with Master my own vegetable garden on the balcony of a Loving Hut restaurant. I have been fortunate to work at Loving Hut for over seven years. Before working at Loving Hut, I had a hobby of growing vegetables at home for self-sufficiency. After I began working at Loving Hut, I often went to the balcony in the evenings to gaze at the stars. As the balcony was empty, I decided to recreate my countryside garden in the city. Despite my busy kitchen schedule, I have maintained this garden on the balcony for over seven years.

The secret to keeping such a garden thriving is “First water, second fertilizer, third diligence, fourth seeds.” For water, I use the rinsing water from washing vegetables and rice. For fertilizer, I compost leftover vegetable peels from the kitchen in a barrel and use the liquid compost to nourish the plants. Each day, I spend an hour taking care of the garden, pruning weak or pest-damaged plants, and watering the vegetables. Gardening has taught me patience and mindfulness. Twice a day, I enjoy watching the sunset and sunrise. Gardening under the Sun, sweating, and bending as if exercising has even healed my herniated disc without me realizing it. Being self-sufficient is so rewarding, Master. I especially love the feeling of eating a bowl of soup made with vegetables I grew myself. In addition to providing vegetables for the restaurant staff, we often have surplus produce to share with our customers. They are delighted and reassured, knowing they are eating clean, homegrown vegetables.

Through this heartline message to Master and the Supreme Master Television team, I want to encourage everyone: Just give gardening a try, and you’ll fall in love with it. For me, it’s like a form of exercise, a way to fulfill my passion, and a means to provide vegetables for the whole family. Wishing you all success!

I respectfully wish Master good health and a long life. May Master achieve success in all Her missions. I also wish the Supreme Master Television team good health to continue broadcasting positive information to uplift our beautiful Earth and elevate the consciousness of its citizens worldwide. Respectfully, disciple Mỹ Duyên from Âu Lạc (Vietnam)

Nurturing Mỹ Duyên, It is a pleasure to read about your passion for gardening and share this informative message. Though it may be time-consuming, especially for beginners with a full-time job, baby steps such as growing sprouts can be a good start. We hope that many people will be motivated by Master’s tips to cultivate their own miniature garden. May Buddha’s grace shine upon you and the resourceful Aulacese (Vietnamese) people, Supreme Master TV team

P.S. An insightful message from Master awaits you: “Contented Mỹ Duyên, living a self-sustaining lifestyle always feels rewarding as we tend to appreciate every effort and detail. Many crops are being affected or destroyed by global warming. So, instead of relying entirely on farmers, it is best to cultivate both the knowledge and habit of growing our own organic fruits and vegetables. May you and flourishing Âu Lạc (Vietnam) always be within the protective power of the Divine. Love you always.”
