The Summer Food Tip from Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan)

I’ve been vegan foooreeeeverrrr, but some of you may be new to this compassionate way of living and might benefit from some practical and wise advice. Therefore, I’m delighted to share this vegan food tip from Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan):

“In summer, there is more abundance of fruits and vegetables, and they’re cheaper to buy, or when you have a surplus, you can save them for later use by pureeing them with a blender, then keep them in jars to freeze for later use as a spread / smoothie / mix in water for light summer drinks / sorbet or soup.... Enjoy!”
